IPC-A-610 is a theoretical course that can strengthenproductivity and competitiveness in a time where customers requiremanufacturing to be performed in accordance with IPC’s internationallyacclaimed standards.
The participants will learn how to perform objectiveassessments for product approval and rejection in accordance with IPC-classifications1, 2 and 3.
The foundation of the course is IPC- A-610,'Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies'.
In this trainer course the participants are trainedand certified as CIT (Certified IPC Trainers) who are qualified to perform companyinternal training of operators (Certified IPC Specialists - CIS). Theseoperators will be assessing approval-, rejection- and process indication-limitswithin the three classifications in the IPC-A-610 standard.
After completing and passing the theoretical test, a certificatewill be issued that is valid for two years – and access to online instructionmaterial for the training of CIS will be granted.
Please note! To qualify for renewal, a CIT shall conduct at least one (1) IPC CIS coursea year. The CIT must train a minimum of 5 CIS candidates during theirtwenty-four-month certification period.
